Arroyo is a candle brand committed to using only the best ingredients and materials: a soy, coconut, and beeswax blend, phthalate-free fragrance, and 100% cotton wicks.
What products do you sell?
We offer a collection of signature candles, hand-poured in two sizes: 10 oz and 13 oz.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Our products are always cruelty-free, but our candles are not vegan due to the inclusion of beeswax in our wax blend.
Do you have paraffin or other additives in your products?
You'll never find paraffin or phthalates in our candles. They're 100% paraffin-free and phthalate-free.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made of a blend of soy, coconut, and beeswax, with phthalate-free fragrance and 100% cotton wicks.
Are your vessels recyclable?
Yes, our vessels are made of glass and are 100% recyclable.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 10 oz candles burn for approximately 60–65 hours, and our 13 oz candles burn for approximately 80–85 hours.
How do I care for my candle?
For the best burn, trim your wick to 1/4" before every use and remove any debris from the wax pool. On the first burn, let the candle burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the full surface (roughly 2–4 hours), which helps prevent tunneling. Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, keep it away from drafts, and discontinue use once about 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
How do I clean out my vessel for recycling or reuse?
Place your candle in the freezer for a few hours to shrink the leftover wax, then pop it out and wash the vessel with warm water and soap.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout.
