Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated by package weight and destination, and will be shown at checkout. Your chosen shipping speed begins once your order has been packed and handed off to the carrier. Please note that delivery times may run longer around holidays due to possible carrier delays.
Free standard US delivery on orders of $140 or more (Hawaii and Alaska excluded).

Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
Single candles may be returned within 14 days of shipment if they're new, unused, and in their original packaging. Candles that have been lit, partially used, or taken out of their original packaging aren't eligible for return. Candles included in gift sets are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, please don't send the damaged item(s) back to us — instead, email us. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
